I’ve led People Teams at a Fortune 500 company and built People Teams at a high-growth start up.

I’ve always gravitated towards the unconventional and undefined. This meant working for companies that shared my belief in progressive HR — a function that enables the business through innovation and creativity — and afforded opportunities to create what didn’t exist, test and iterate, and solve ambiguous problems.

This journey has led me to my most recent experience as the Head of People for a health tech start up. As the founding member of the HR team, I was fortunate to have a front row seat to its hyper-growth from series A to C. More than two years and 200+ employees later, I am excited for this next chapter of helping clients build the people infrastructure that will move their business forward.
